Professional experience has been consolidated through involvement in complex advisory and litigation projects, representing and assisting commercial companies, non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs), associations and foundations, as well as individuals, in cases with national and international implications.
The diversity of the projects handled provides an integrated perspective on every case, combining legal analysis with an understanding of its practical implications, to identify the most suitable solutions for the particulars of each matter.
Every case is examined with the same professional rigour and attention to detail, through a complete assessment of all relevant aspects and the construction of a tailored strategy, aimed not only at resolving the dispute or project efficiently, but also at preventing future legal risks and protecting the client's interests.
