Association / foundation changes

Amending an association or foundation (NGO) is necessary whenever there are changes concerning the organisation, management or operation of the organisation. The procedure may concern the amendment of the by-laws or the constitutive act, changing the registered office, changing the name, amending the management bodies, admitting or removing members or any other changes that must be registered in accordance with the law.
